Our Mission

Our Story

Golden Eagle Thunder was born in 2016, in the sun-soaked high desert of New Mexico, after a year immersed in the ancient, living art of herbal medicine. Rooted in a deep remembrance of nature as teacher, healer, and kin, we began as a small apothecary crafting flower essences—gentle allies to support the evolution of human consciousness and the restoration of sacred relationship with the Earth.

Our journey has always been guided by spirit and place. Each flower essence is curated in communion with the land, gathered in sacred sites across the Southwest and beyond, where the plants call us to listen. These remedies are not only medicine for the body and heart—they are portals for remembering who we are in relationship to the living world.

Since our beginnings, Golden Eagle Thunder has grown into more than an apothecary. Today, we offer herbal remedies, intuitive education, and immersive nature experiences that awaken the clairsenses and restore connection with self and spirit. Our teachings weave somatic embodiment with spiritual practice, helping others attune more deeply to their intuition, the voice of the Earth, and the wisdom of their own bodies.

At our core, we are devoted to one truth: that humanity can return to reverence. That we can remember the old ways of listening. And that through this reconnection—with nature, with spirit, and with self—we heal not only ourselves, but the world.

Our Founder

Hi, I'm Eagle. I’m the heart behind Golden Eagle Thunder—an herbalist, Oracle, plant spirit communicator and guide for those remembering their innate connection to nature. My journey began in childhood, speaking with plants and animals in quiet forests and wild fields, always sensing that the Earth was alive with presence, guidance, and love.

In 2015, I formally trained in herbal medicine in the high desert of New Mexico. Since then, I’ve deepened my path through studies in quantum healing, psycho-spiritual mentorship, noetics and bio-regenesis. For the past seven years, I’ve led nature immersions and taught the sacred art of flower essence making—helping others attune to the subtle language of the Earth and the deep intelligence of their own bodies.

My work is rooted in ancestral memory. I carry the bloodlines of the Tuatha Dé Danann, and of Gaelic and Scandinavian seers, herbalists, shamans and oracles who lived in communion with the land. Their wisdom lives on in my hands and heart as I walk this path of healing, remembrance, and reconnection.

Nature has always been my sanctuary. In times of overwhelm or nervous system dysregulation, it is the Earth—through plants, animals, and breath—that brings me home to myself. Through embodied, intuitive practice, I’ve learned that peace is not just possible—it is our original state when we live in reverence with all life.

Through Golden Eagle Thunder, I offer flower essences, herbal remedies, somatic-spiritual education, botanically dyed garments, seashell jewelry and sacred experiences in nature to support others on the path of coming home—to body, to spirit, and to the Earth.

Our Philosophy

We source our ingredients sustainably through wild foraging in the local habitat, keeping with the 20% rule to ensure the plants repopulate, pollinate and sustain local wildlife. We also source from sustainable suppliers. All of our oils, butters, honey and beeswax is either locally sourced or organic and fair trade. We utilize whole plant infusions over essential oils, as we believe this provides a full spectrum healing remedy rather than overharvesting a plant and using copious amounts to make a small amount of essential oil.

Our flower essences are handmade from all over the world,
through deep relationship and intuitive communication with the plant spirits and by the dragon lines and grids that call us to support humanity's organic evolution. We use local organic apple brandy from Santa Fe Spirits as the preservative, as well as organic apple cider vinegar for those who prefer a non-alcoholic preservative.

Our philosophy emphasizes approaching wellness and herbalism from a decolonized perspective that honors the natural harmony between plants and the human body.

Rather than framing health through biomedical terms such as “antibacterial” or “anti-inflammatory,” we view plant medicine as a supportive partner in the body’s innate ability to restore balance.

Illness, or “dis-ease,” is not seen as a problem to be eradicated but as a signal that the human (mind, body and spirit) is out of alignment. Guided by terrain theory, this approach focuses on creating the right internal and external conditions for the body to thrive, trusting in its inherent capacity for self-healing.

We Honor

Golden Eagle Thunder honors the native peoples of the land in which we reside on - the Pueblo Nations, the Navajo (Diné), the Ute, the Comanche and the Apache Peoples.

It is important to note - we also honor the melanated Amerindians who are the Indigenous peoples of the Americas, and who were here prior to the immigration of Siberians from Northeast Asia during the Ice Age.

We honor the traditions of our European ancestors (pre-colonization and religious inquisition) and the shamanic ways of our own ancestral origins.
