The sea offers purification for both body and energy through mineral-rich salt water, nervous system regulation, and the calming field of aqua and blue light. Ocean air and moving water generate negative ions that support mood, clarity, and stress reduction.
Many experience ocean immersion as a return to the original field of life — an amniotic remembering of being held, supported, and connected.
During this retreat, the sea is approached as living medicine and a place of deep reset and return.

During our time together, we will enter into ceremony with a locally guided shaman, Alessandro, who carries deep cultural and land-based relationship within Sardinia.
Alessandro will offer a uniquely curated ceremonial journey held at and in relationship to one of the island’s ancient pre-Nuragic stone sites — places where early civilizations are believed to have honored the Mother Goddess and performed rites connected to life, death, rebirth, and Earth cosmology.

To support ease of travel, we will offer two designated airport pickup windows on arrival day and group departure windows on the final day.
If your flight falls outside those times, private transfer arrangements may be possible at an additional cost.

Cha Dao Tea Ceremony will serve as a gentle ceremonial anchor throughout the retreat - offering moments of grounding, intention, reflection and integration. This is a moment to begin speaking with the spirit of tea and anchor your plant spirit communication.
Somatic Practice
Through guided body-based practices, we’ll create space to listen inward, release held tension and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Lymphatic Flow + Myofascial Release
These practices are woven into the retreat to support energetic and physical softening, circulation, nervous system regulation, emotional release, internal water movement and embodied presence.

Sardinian cuisine is rooted in a simple and genuine philosophy of life, with local products offered according to the season and prepared in relationship with the land. Meals throughout the retreat will be nourishing, regional, and deeply woven into the experience of place.
While we will do our best to communicate dietary needs to the venue, not all food preferences or restrictions may be able to be fully accommodated due to the seasonal and local nature of the meals. If you have significant dietary restrictions, food allergies, or questions around accommodations, please reach out prior to booking so we can explore what may be possible.
